This is Ten Reasons to Drink Water by Elysia Young.... Make a change starting today......Drinking Water is very important, it is the key to a longer, healthier, and more vigorous life. I know plenty of us despise the thought of drinking water because it has no taste. We prefer the horrible drinks such as sodas and juice, which leave us bloated and more susceptible to gaining weight. Water is very important and after reading I found that water regulates just about every process in our body. Our brain is said to be made up of 90 percent of water. Water also helps our metabolism, detoxifies our bodies, regulates body temperature, transport nutrients and oxygen into cells, and mosturizes the air in our lungs just to name a few of it is functions in our body. If we don't get water we will suffer from dehydration which is an awful feeling. Here are some signs to look for that will let assist you in recognizing if you need to drink more water, dark urine, dry skin, hunger, thirst, and also fatigue. Our bodies are our temple and we should treat it as such, this is why I feel it is necessary to give you ten benefits of drinking water.



1)  Water aids in weight loss. Drinking water helps you lose weight because it assists in breaking  down fat. Drinking water reduces hunger, and also suppresses your appetite so you’ll end up eating less. Plus, water has zero calories compared to 150 calories that a can of soda has.
2) Water will help you remain youthful. Water helps to replenish skin tissues, moisturizes and increases skin elasticity.
3) Water has been proven to be a natural remedy to headaches caused by dehydration.
4) Water helps in digestion and helps move your bowels.
5) Water allows you to be more productive. Your brain is made mostly of water, so the more you drink the better your brain functions, you will be more alert and have a better concentration level.
6) Water is good for your health it helps you have a stronger immune system so that your body will fight against illnesses like the flu or even kidney stones.
7) If you drink and adequate amount of water you will have less sprains and cramps. An adequate water supply will keep your joints lubricated which will help prevent injuries. So this is very important if you play sports or are an outdoors person.
8) Water give you more energy, which will assist you in your daily exercise activities to become healthier.
9) Water puts you in a good mood, because if your body feels good (by being hydrated) so will you. You will have a new attitude...:)
10) Water has also been linked to helping reduce your chances of getting cancer. Some studies show that drinking a healthy amount of water may reduce the risks of bladder cancer and colon cancer. Water dilutes the concentration of cancer-causing agents in the urine and shortens the time in which they are in contact with bladder lining.
